The partnership aims to give teams faster, more transparent access to their tip earnings across the group's 40-+ restaurants. Since adopting TipHhaus in 2025, Upward Projects has replaced manual manual work with a single automated system that calculates and distributes tips through the group’s existing tools, Toast and Crunchtime, and allows hourly employees to next-day tip access to earnings through Earned Tip Access. The app also gives team members greater visibility into their earnings, which saves managers time running and explaining reports.
