The department's message, broadcasted via X on March 28, implores the community to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS, a move that could potentially lead to an arrest and a reward of up to $1,000 for helpful tips.

Mesa Police have described the suspect as a Black male, estimated to be between 25 and 40 years old, standing around 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build, sporting a goatee-style beard, longer and thicker on the chin, and dark spiky hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants, according to an account by 12 News.
