Phoenix area family turns natural stones into one-of-a-kind oil candles
Found In The Ground Candles began with a family passion for rocks, fossils, and the beauty found in nature. Phoenix family, Chris and Mike Rounis, started Found In The Ground Candles, a family-owned business that began with a passion for rocks, fossils, and nature. The business, which started in their garage, has since grown into a thriving business creating one-of-a-kind rock oil candles, serving stones, and stone gifts from beautiful natural stones sourced from around the world. Each piece is individually selected, drilled, fitted with a refillable oil reservoir, hand-polished, sealed, and finished to showcase the stone's unique character. The company's customers have purchased them as memorial gifts for loved ones, anniversary gifts, housewarming presents, and keepsakes like rose quartz to represent love.
