Roosevelt Row getting 125 new residential units - KTAR
Intersection Development is breaking ground next month on SISU Roosevelt and Arcada, which total an investment of more than $70 million. Phoenix-based real estate development firm, Intersection Development, is set to begin work on two projects, SISU Roosevelt and Arcada, worth over $70 million. The developments will bring 125 new homes to Roosevelt Row and preserve historic buildings for dining concepts by Clive Collective, the company behind The Americano, Tell Your Friends and Neon Spur. SISO will be a 12-story mixed-use tower at 821 N. First Avenue, while Arcada will be anchored by Ada, a Coastal American restaurant. Alongside Ada, Clive Concepts will open two other dining and nightlife concepts, Love Call and Kuza Tori. All restaurants will be served by a shared kitchen called Clive Kitchen.
