This could be the first outpost from the growing franchise in Orange County. PopUp Bagel was founded in 2020 in Westport, Connecticut and has grown to over 50 locations across the country. The brand's signature approach is to serve bagels hot and whole rather than sliced, allowing customers to "Grip, Rip and Dip" pieces into their chosen spreads.
